is acting as functional intermediary between hotels, transport companies, and other providers of touristic services and the client. Pegasus cannot be made responsible for delays, accidents, physical impairment or incidents occurring on the side of the service providers. The accountability therefore is limited to the services rendered per person and limited with the rate per person of such service offered by Pegasus.

DOCUMENTATION
All necessary travel documentation (passports, visas, …) shall be provided by the customers themselves in order to avoid any problems or additional charges that may occur due to non-fulfilment of legal requirements. Non respecting these legal aspects are of the full responsibility of the customer.

PAYMENTS
Full pre-payment, until two weeks prior to arrival, or according to hotel booking conditions, apply. Payments may be made by bank transfer (free of bank charges ) or various credit cards (details on particular handling rules shall be advised). 

In case of non-compliance with above mentioned important conditions allow the agency to reject the passengers reception. Overdue payments are subject to the actual banking interest rate applicable upon booking.

CANCELLATIONS
In case of a cancellation, fees may apply and depend on the cancellation conditions set in force by the service providers like hotels, restaurants, guides etc. booked. 

Reservations for groups may be canceled without charge up to five weeks prior to arrival. Different agreements have to be made separately. Nevertheless, cancellation conditions of third party service providers have to be considered.  

Individual travelers may cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival free of charge. Nevertheless, in case of cancellations all conditions from third party service providers have to be considered also. 

Cancellations after the mentioned deadlines will lead in the full charge of all costs caused by the cancellation of the services. 

Please note that special conditions may apply during congresses and fair periods or other major events!

TRAVEL INSURANCE
There is no travel insurance included in our programs. We recommend to take out a travel policy in your home country prior to departure.

Liquidation

The registration of all claims must be made within 8 weeks (otherwise claims are lost) from the occurrence of an insolvency at the following liquidator: TVA  Tourismusversicherungsagentur GmbH, Ferstelgasse 6, 1090 Wien, emergency number +43 1 361 90 77 44.
